Comforters
The “Comforters” Quilting Group is an outreach ministry of Grace Baptist Church. Every Tuesday morning a group of Apollo ladies meet together to make small quilts. These quilts are given to those in our community as a way to share the love of Jesus. Some recipients of our quilts have been those who are homebound or sick, the homeless, those who have visited our Food Pantry. We have also donated quilts to ministries such as Choices Pregnancy Centers, Joni & Friends, and local chaplains. If you enjoy sewing or quilting, you are invited to join this special ministry.
